Practical preparation for responding to emergencies in community and workplace settings.

Build confidence in an emergency
This planned face-to-face program is intended for people who need practical first aid capability, including crew, workplace personnel and community members.
Areas covered
- Recognising an emergency and making the scene safe.
- Responding to a casualty and providing appropriate first aid.
- CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator.
- Communicating incident details and reviewing the response.
Planned delivery: one day face to face. Dates, fee and assessment arrangements will be confirmed before enrolment.
